Dr. Don Wallace DC, ART, CKTPCo-Owner
Dr. Wallace has been a chiropractor working with Physical Therapists and Medical Physicians since 1996. He has been a resident of Nesconset since 1983. He has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Villanova University, an MBA from LI University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College (Honors). He was an Engineer in the aerospace industry for 13 years before going to Chiropractic School. He has been CERTIFIED in Spinal Rehabilitation, EMG/NCV Electro-Diagnostic Testing, Active Release Technique (ART), Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Certified Kinesio Taping Provider (CKTP) . He developed a patent on a golf exercise product and program called GreenStick Golf (www.greenstickgolf.com ). Dr. Wallace employs years of experience and knowledge to diagnose and treat all muscular skeletal conditions with a very diversified toolbox.  He treats patients throughout all of Suffolk county, in towns including Smithtown, Nesconset, Hauppauge, Ronkonkoma, St. James and Stonybrook.

Dr. Gerard J. Smith DC, ART, CKTPCo-Owner
Dr. Smith has been in private practice for 20 years in Nesconset. He has a doctor of Chiropractic Degree from NY Chiropractic College and a bachelors Degree from the State University of NY at Oneonta. He has assembled a unique set of post-doctoral credentials to most effectively the status of Active Release Technique (ART) Certified Practitioner, one of the few in Suffolk County with this designation. (ART is the 'gold standard' in soft tissue treatment sought out by Olympic and professional athletes.) To better treat auto accident injuries, he trained at the San Diego Spine Research Institute, achieving Certification in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Whiplash and Associated Disorders and Certification as an Auto Accident Reconstructionist. Dr. Smith has over 300 hours of post-graduate Neurology, successfully completing a Fellowship in Neurology through NY Chiropractic College, achieving Board Eligibility with the American Chiropractic Academy of Neurology and the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology. In 2011 he became Certified in Kinesio Taping, which is commonly used to help Olympic and professional athletes. He has participated in volleyball at the Empire State Games, tournament two-man beach volleyball, and in numerous triathlon and cycling events. He uses his own experience as an athlete desiring to 'stay on the playing field' in arriving at treatment plans for elite as well as recreational competitors.

Chris Grabowski PT
A graduate from the Physical Therapy Program at Stony Brook University in 2000, Chris is a Board Certified Clinical Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, an advanced clinical distinction held by as few as 900 clinicians in the Physical Therapy profession today. He also practices as a Certified Athletic Trainer in conjunction with the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Throughout his 12 years of clinical experience, Chris has extensively worked with athletes and post-surgical patients and is presently working towards completing the necessary requirements to obtain the Mckenzie Certified Spine Specialty Distinction.

Christina Dalrymple ANP-CNurse Practitioner
Christina Dalrymple is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in the treatment of pain syndromes with trigger point and joint injection therapy. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at New York Institute of Technology and then earned her Master of Science degree at Stony Brook University. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
